Nepal Expedition Day 8
Day 8 started with a walk down to some hot springs for a swim. The day's trekking took the group past the deepest gorge in the world and then had one of the biggest climbs of the trek up to Chhumrung. After lunch in a tea house the group went back down to the river before going up to Sinuwa. During the evening the locals put on a show of music and dancing which the group joined in with.
